Microsoft Defender and endpoint protection, detection and response
CTEKS supports multiple endpoint protection, EDR and XDR technologies based on your environment and security requirements. Our managed security stack may include SentinelOne for advanced endpoint detection and response, while Microsoft Defender may be deployed or managed for organizations standardized on the Microsoft security ecosystem. In some environments they complement each other, and in others one platform is the primary solution.
Microsoft Intune
Cloud-based endpoint, mobile-device and application management, including device configuration, compliance, security policies, Autopilot and integration with Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access. It can work alongside NinjaOne, our RMM and managed IT operations platform.
Exchange Online and email security
Mailbox administration and Exchange Online security. Email protection uses the CTEKS security stack and/or Microsoft-native security, depending on your environment.
Microsoft Purview and Defender for Cloud Apps
Labeling, retention and cloud app controls using Microsoft Purview and Defender for Cloud Apps, the current names for Azure Information Protection and Cloud App Security.
Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM and Windows LAPS
Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, privileged identity management and Windows LAPS, where appropriate.
Microsoft Sentinel and SIEM monitoring
CTEKS supports multiple SIEM and security monitoring technologies based on your environment and requirements. Our managed security stack may include Pillr-backed SOC and SIEM services, while Microsoft Sentinel may be deployed or managed for Microsoft-centric environments where appropriate.
CTEKS does not force every customer into one technology stack. We maintain a proven managed services and cybersecurity toolset while also supporting and integrating technologies already deployed in your environment. Your final technology stack is determined by your infrastructure, security requirements, licensing, compliance requirements, selected services and service level agreement. Where it makes sense we standardize and consolidate, and we do not unnecessarily replace good technology you already have. Not every technology listed on this site is included in every CTEKS plan.
