A practical note on Microsoft 365
Microsoft protects the service, but you are responsible for your data. Deleted or corrupted items and ransomware can still cause permanent loss, which is why we recommend a separate Microsoft 365 backup.

Does Microsoft 365 back up our data?
Microsoft keeps the service running and offers limited retention for deleted items, but it is not a full backup. We add independent backup so you can restore mail, files and Teams data.
Which license do we need?
It depends on your users and security needs. Business Premium is a common fit because it includes Defender and Intune. We review your team and recommend the right mix.
